The Ballad of Manse Jolly ©2007. A tune written by Jeff Rose about the Civil War hero (for the South) that became a legend in the minds of many Southerners. This was recorded live at the Bluegrass Express in Hartwell Ga. April 7th, 2007.

Build Your House on the Rock ©2007. A tune written by Jeff Rose.  He became inspired to write this tune after we performed at Cedar Rock Baptist Church in Easley.   This was recorded live at the Bluegrass Express in Hartwell Ga. April 7th, 2007.

The above sound files were recorded live at a packed house at the Bluegrass Express, July 12, 2008, with the exception of "Fox on the Run" which was recorded at Just More BBQ July 11, 2008.  These files were recorded on a Roland Edirol R-09 hand held recorder fed from the mixer/amp to the Edirol via the line in.  No post processing.   The "Fox on the Run" track was recorded with a Audio Technica 4033, and a Audio Technica 3035 to the side.  All of the other tracks were recorded using the single Audio Technica 4033.
